About these terms

These terms govern your use of Clossy (clossy.app), operated by Ihor Slushnyi, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (NIP: 6762649601). By accessing or using Clossy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Clossy does

Clossy is a fashion discovery platform. We help you find clothing and accessories from third-party retailers through AI-powered styling suggestions and curated browsing. We do not sell products directly — we connect you to retailers where you can make purchases.

Affiliate links and commissions

Clossy contains affiliate links. When you click a product link and make a purchase on a third-party retailer's website, we may earn a commission. This does not increase the price you pay.

Our product recommendations are based on style relevance, not on commission rates. We may feature products from retailers we have affiliate relationships with, but commission potential does not determine which products appear in your results.

Third-party retailers

When you click through to a retailer, you leave Clossy and are subject to that retailer's own terms of service, privacy policy, and return policy. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (prices, availability, images), but this data comes from third-party feeds and may not always be up to date. The retailer's website is the definitive source for current pricing and availability.

AI-generated content

Clossy uses artificial intelligence to generate styling suggestions and product recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and convenience. It is not professional fashion advice, and we make no guarantees about the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of AI outputs.

Your responsibilities

When using Clossy, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts not intended for you
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site by automated means without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual property

The Clossy name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Ihor Slushnyi. Product images, descriptions, and trademarks belong to their respective retailers and brands — we display them under affiliate and data-feed agreements.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Clossy's original content without permission.

Limitation of liability

Clossy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ihor Slushnyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clossy, including but not limited to: purchases made through affiliate links, reliance on AI-generated suggestions, or unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Availability

We aim to keep Clossy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Clossy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
